Heavy Wall Open Pitch Vacuum with 316 Stainless Steel Braid
 
Parker PAGE International SCWV Heavy Wall hoses are manufactured from heavy wall PTFE. The open pitch design provides additional kink resistance and reduced permeation. The heavier wall convoluted tubing also handles vacuum applications at elevated temperatures. These hoses are extremely lightweight and flexible, making it easy to route through areas with space restrictions and/or with sharp corners. In addition, PTFE hoses are less susceptible to cracking from stress or flexing than metal hoses. Our PTFE convoluted flex test did not show stress cracking even after 1 million cycles of flex testing.

Parker PAGE SCWV assemblies are manufactured in sizes from 1/4" up to 4" ID and operate in temperatures up to 500ºF/260ºC. Additional over braiding materials are also available.
