PAGE designs and manufactures high quality convoluted hoses that are made from a thick walled fluoropolymer that is open pitched and self draining. Our thicker tube prolongs the life of the hose and adds additional crush and kink resistance. PAGE V-rated hoses exhibit excellent characteristics when used in vacuum applications. Unlike metal hoses, PAGE Convoluted fluoropolymer hoses are resistant to stress corrosion and flex cracking and make an excellent product for thermal cycling applications.

NON-CONDUCTIVE and CONDUCTIVE

PAGE International convoluted PTFE tube is available in Natural or Conductive (Black). The conductive hose is designed to dissipate electrical current along the innercore minimizing potentially damaging electrostatic charges that can accumulate and discharge, thereby damaging the hose. Electrical charges such as these are capable of creating an
arc to ground and subsequently can cause a leak through the inner core.

VACUUM CAPABILITIES and BRAIDING

PAGE International’s full vacuum open pitch design possesses excellent vacuum capabilities that exceed most standard hoses in applications requiring a small bend radius. High vacuum wire is recommended for all vacuum applications requiring 2-1/2'', 3'' and 4'' hose. PAGE International’s Seamless Vacuum hose can be furnished with or without external braiding. It is available with smooth built-in cuffs or can be furnished with attached fittings to meet the requirements of our customers.
